My name is Philipp Manser.
My Life’s passion is Yoga.
My approach to Yoga is guided by my compassion for the human condition inspired in part by my own life’s journey.
I work with people that have never practiced Yoga before as well as the seasoned practitioners to improve their strength and flexibility within the body and mind.
I facilitate motivated students to continually discover that which they are challenged by; what ever it may be, resulting in a sense of balance with in the body and mind free of what ails.
For the beginning Student I focus on teaching alignment in the various beginners poses to prevent injury but also to remind that alignment with all that is creates stillness, strength and flexibility.
More advanced students benefit from my strength building sequences with classes designed to flow or holding the various poses longer to build stamina, strength and flexibility.
My teaching style is supportive yet demanding of my students’ true beauty and strength from with-in.
My classes focus on the need of the student on the particular day we practice together.
My Yoga Teacher Certification is from Yoga Works.

I attend classes from various teachers to further my depth of Yoga knowledge. I have practiced with Brian Kest at Power Yoga in Santa Monica. Douglas King in Thousand Oaks. Bikram at International College of Yoga in Los Angeles and Westlake Village. Sonya , Jeanne, Jasmine and many others at Yoga Works. Annie Carpenter and Birgitte Kristen were my primary teachers at Yoga Works while I took their 200 hour Class. Patricia Borrega (Padma) at Lotus Blossom in, Easthampton, NY.
